FIRE Campaign:
Fueling Immigrant &
Refugee Empowerment
An emergency fundraising campaign to meet the critical needs of our immigrant neighbors by fueling the work of frontline immigrant-serving organizations across Washington state.
To prevail through this crisis, immigrant community members need an array of vital services.
These include legal support, accompaniment, know your rights training, rapid response networks, deportation defense, advocacy, detention support, mutual aid, family safety planning, bond funds, education, employment opportunities, and mental health care.
Demand for these services has skyrocketed.
No single organization offers all these programs.
Collectively, however, frontline immigrant-serving organizations deliver this comprehensive range of crucial services.
To meet this moment, a dramatic and rapid increase in philanthropy to these organizations is needed to sustain their vital work.
People of conscience and goodwill are seeking ways to respond.
They want to channel their outrage into action.
The FIRE Campaign mobilizes the compassion of people who want to help and generates sustained support for organizations that defend and care for immigrant communities.
A single gift to FIRE fuels a comprehensive frontline response.
